Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY (SINGAPORE)

We process all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, launches, or restocks.

We currently ship within Singapore only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, while express delivery (if available) takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking and delivery issues

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe there is an issue with your shipment. While we will do our best to assist, Null Hypothesis is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, missed deliveries, or parcels lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, please contact the courier directly for support.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.


Pre-order items

If your order contains a pre-order item, the estimated delivery timeline will be stated on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
