We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or to report a defective/ incorrect item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Are any purchases final sale?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
We also do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size purchased (unless exchanging for another size), or general dissatisfaction.
When will I get my order?
We process all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, launches, or restocks.
We currently ship within Singapore only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, while express delivery (if available) takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
