Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or to report a defective/ incorrect item. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Approved cases are eligible for replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size purchased (unless exchanging for another size), or general dissatisfaction.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size is to request an exchange within 7 days. Once your original item is received and approved, we will process the exchange and ship out the new size, subject to stock availability.

 

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Refunds are only considered if we are unable to replace a defective or incorrect item, and will be issued as store credit, not cash. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
